氟工质特性
Characteristics of Fluorine Refrigerant
R22属于限制使用工质,ODP=0.055GWP=1500,按蒙特利尔议定书的要求将逐步淘汰,在我国2013年进入冻结期,其性能与氨工质接近;
R507R404a其性能不如R22,但二者ODP=0,制冷系统的设计压力略高;
从系统整体运行能效来说,工质推荐顺序依次为R22,R507,R404a
R22 belongs to a refrigerant restricted for use, with ODP=0.055 and GWP=1500. As required by Montreal Protocol, R22 will be weeded out gradually.R22 entered the freezing period in China in 2013. R22 has approximate performance to ammonia refrigerant.
The performance of R507 or R404a is not as good as that of R22,but the ODP of R507 and R404a is equal to 0,and the design pressure of the refrigeration system is slightly high.
The recommend sequence of refrigerants is R22,R507 and R404a from high overall system operation energy efficiency to low one.

系统说明
氟泵供液制冷系统主要包括制冷压缩机组、冷凝器、贮液器、低压循环桶、制冷屏蔽泵、末端蒸发器等部件。系统中还应设置空气分离器、集油器等辅助设备。
System Description
A fluorine pump feeding refrigeration system mainly includes refrigeration compressor unit,condenser,liquid receiver, low pressure circulation tank, refrigeration shield pump,end evaporator,etc. Auxiliary equipment including air separators, oil collector,etc. Shall be set up in the system.
适用场合
适用末端蒸发器形式:冷风机、排管、单冻机等所有形式;
负荷剧烈波动的应用场合;
制冷回路供液高度或供液阻力较大,直接膨胀供液过冷度无法满足要求的情况;末端蒸发器没有节流阀(阀门必须安装于库外且位于蒸发器附近)安装空间的情况。
Scope of Application
Applicable terminal evaporator forms:all forms such as air coolers,coil,IQF machines,etc.;
Applicable to the case with drastic load fluctuation;
Applicable to the case where the feeding height or feeding resistance of the refrigerating circuit is large and the direct expansion feeding supercooling degree cannot meet requirements;
Applicable to the case where the end evaporator has no throttle valve installation space(the valve must be installed outside the storage and near the evaporator).
